We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Rapid Response Nurse - Day Team. As a key member of our community care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to complex care clients in the Kent area.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical care to complex care clients in the Kent area, following a 2-week rota.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and carers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and a minimum of three years' post-registration experience.
- Experience in providing community-based care, ideally in complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, ventilators, and cough assist.
- Right to work in the UK and a clean UK driving licence.
- Competitive salary of £45,000 for 35 hours per week, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts.
