About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Manager in our Complex Care Division in Kent. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of clients with complex needs, building strong relationships with them and their families, and ensuring that they receive exceptional service from a well-trained team of Healthcare Support Workers and Registered Nurses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement person-centered care plans and guidance
  • Conduct staff supervision, audits, and case management duties
  • Lead packages of care and support the Care & Nursing team
  • Be part of the 24-hour service team, undertaking nursing shifts when required
Requirements
  • Adult trained Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
  • Minimum of three years' post-registration experience
  • Experience in providing community-based care, ideally complex care, and be experienced in PEG, tracheostomy care, and ventilators
  • Proven background in complex care and up-to-date competencies
  • Right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence
