The Cybersecurity Governance Specialist (Mid Level) will play a pivotal role in supporting the Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of information security governance frameworks, compliance initiatives, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with various business units and project teams to identify and define security requirements.
  • Contribute to the creation and revision of security-related documentation, including policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Support the execution of internal security assessments and vendor risk evaluations.
  • Engage in Data Protection activities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting to the Head of Information Security Governance regarding trends, audit outcomes, and risk assessments.
  • Manage and analyze security controls, assessing the implications of any deficiencies.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a role related to Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Familiarity with Vendor Risk Management tools, such as OneTrust.
  • Understanding of current information security standards and frameworks, including ISO27001, NIST, SSAE18/SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
  • Experience in Third-Party Vendor Risk Management.
  • Proficient in drafting security-related policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Data Protection Act (DPA) and GDPR, as well as experience in a SaaS environment.

Certifications:
Possession of certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISM is advantageous.
