About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance and Quality Analyst to join our Data & IT Governance Team at Ocado Retail Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct data analysis to understand the quality, consistency, and referential integrity of our data.
  • Support the review and audit of key systems to ensure data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and validity.
  • Develop and maintain business glossaries and data dictionaries to support data understanding and usage.
  • Collaborate with business and insight teams to ensure data solutions and processes adhere to privacy and security policies.
  • Help develop frameworks to identify and define data quality issues and requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with data management, oversight, or analysis of complex data systems.
  • Proven communication skills with ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to break down issues and assess solutions.
  • Competent in data querying with experience in SQL and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
