About the Role
Alfred H Knight is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Solid Fuels department in the UK. As the primary liaison between clients, laboratories, and test centers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of our high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain effective communication and coordination among clients, laboratories, and test centers.
- Perform various administrative tasks to guarantee the smooth and efficient operation of our services.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks and communications.
- Identify errors or inconsistencies and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain high standards of quality in all work outputs.
- Work effectively as part of a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Work autonomously, managing tasks and responsibilities without the need for constant supervision.
- Develop strong interpersonal skills to enable effective interactions and relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Competency in using MS Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to identify errors or inconsistencies and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain high standards of quality in all work outputs.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills.
