About the Role

Alfred H Knight is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Solid Fuels department in the UK. As the primary liaison between clients, laboratories, and test centers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of our high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain effective communication and coordination among clients, laboratories, and test centers.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to guarantee the smooth and efficient operation of our services.
  • Ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks and communications.
  • Identify errors or inconsistencies and take appropriate corrective actions.
  • Maintain high standards of quality in all work outputs.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Work autonomously, managing tasks and responsibilities without the need for constant supervision.
  • Develop strong interpersonal skills to enable effective interactions and relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competency in using MS Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify errors or inconsistencies and take appropriate corrective actions.
  • Maintain high standards of quality in all work outputs.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills.
