Role Overview:As a Corporate Recruiter at TSYS Managed SVCS EMEA, LTD, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement our corporate recruitment strategies. You will be instrumental in enhancing our recruitment initiatives by leveraging diverse channels such as professional networks, recruitment events, and social media to attract exceptional talent. Your focus will be on supporting the hiring process by evaluating, testing, and recommending qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and evaluate qualified candidates using our applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to efficiently fill open positions
- Review candidate applications and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability
- Assist in the creation of job requisitions and carry out pre-employment procedures
- Propose job offers and communicate with selected candidates regarding terms and benefits
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant experience or degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or at least 2 years of professional recruiting experience
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in agency or corporate recruitment
- Proficient in applying professional concepts and company policies
- Ability to address problems of limited scope while adhering to standard practices
- Receives detailed instructions on work tasks
- Familiarity with professional and social media platforms
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR Information Systems
