We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Morrisons Pharmacy in Brampton. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and shaping the pharmacy service, ensuring it is at the heart of the store and providing excellent customer care.
The successful candidate will have a true desire to help others and lead the team to enhance current services. Key responsibilities include:
- Emphasizing the importance of clinical governance and investing time in training colleagues.
- Developing pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost-effective and safe manner, adhering to legal, ethical, and company requirements.
- Managing the department and individual staff competence, developing, implementing, and sharing best practice.
