About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our Brampton store, which dispenses over 4,000 valued items on average to the local community each month.

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  1. Emphasizing the importance of clinical governance and investing time in training your colleagues.
  2. Proactively developing Pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost-effective and safe manner, adhering to legal, ethical, and company requirements/systems.
  3. Managing the Department and managing individual staff competence, as well as a high-performing Pharmacy Team, making sure you develop, implement, and share best practice.

About You

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will have a true desire to help others and to lead the team and enhance current services. In addition, you will:

  1. Possess a Pharmacy degree.
  2. Hold membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  3. Demonstrate excellent team management and communication skills.
  4. Pharmacists working for Morrisons will have to complete a DBS check (organised by us) prior to commencement of employment.
