About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our pharmacy services, ensuring that we provide the highest level of care and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy sales, services, and profitability.
• Manage and lead a team of pharmacists and support staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure that all pharmacy services are delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures, and that all relevant laws and regulations are complied with.
• Monitor and analyze pharmacy performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and other healthcare professionals.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager who has a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and leading a team of pharmacists and support staff. You will have a degree in pharmacy and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
