About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our Aftersales Department at our Head Office in Nottingham. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing various items, fault-finding and troubleshooting, and providing technical support to staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Servicing and repairing various items, including electrical and mechanical equipment
  2. Fault-finding and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
  3. Providing technical support to staff and customers, including answering questions and resolving queries

Requirements

  1. A strong engineering background, with experience working with electrical and mechanical equipment
  2. An engineering qualification, preferably an NVQ, C&G, or HNC
  3. Experience diagnosing and repairing faults in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic equipment
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
