About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our Business & Industry division as a General Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Proactively manage and motivate a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results.
  • Budget Management: Control and manage a budget to create a platform for financial growth and success.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Ensure ongoing team communications, build internal and external relationships, and manage client liaison to enable operational excellence and innovative menu planning.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience of successfully managing a team and driving business growth.
  • Customer Service: Genuine interest in customer service excellence and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Team Player: A strong team player with high levels of confidence and positivity.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and innovative with a passion for driving business success.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience within management, contract catering, or a related field is desirable.
