Job Title: Head of People

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary and experienced global Head of People to join the Senior Management Team for our People and Culture Group. This role offers a unique opportunity for a transformational leader to shape and lead our global HR function, ensuring we can effectively recruit, deploy, manage, retain, and develop its staff to achieve our vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the global People team, developing and implementing strategic and operational People services across our international operations.
  • Contribute to the People and Culture strategy, policy development, and practice implementation.
  • Empower the global People team to deliver a consistent HR experience across our organisation.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organisational goals.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues and organisational change.
  • Identify and strive for innovations that simplify and harmonise HR practices, processes, standards using best practice tools and systems.
  • Manage ambiguity and change, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
