Job Title: Residential Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Team Leader to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of support workers in providing care and support to children and young people
  • Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people at all times
  • Collaborate with other teams, including education and therapy, to ensure a holistic approach to care
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care
Requirements:
  • 21 years or older due to Ofsted regulations
  • Driving is preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to work a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and lead a team
