Compensation: Up to £33,000 annually + Quarterly Bonus

Your Responsibilities

As the Recruitment Team Supervisor, you will be tasked with establishing and managing a groundbreaking permanent recruitment team throughout the region. Your primary duties will include:

  • Developing client relationships and securing business through proactive business development and networking efforts
  • Conducting market analysis to uncover potential opportunities and enhance market insight
  • Creating a talent pool of exceptional candidates through meticulous market research and evaluation
  • Overseeing the complete candidate sourcing process, including scheduling interviews, preparing candidates, and gathering feedback from both clients and candidates
  • Maintaining connections with registered and placed candidates, offering placement administration and aftercare support
  • Inspiring and mentoring your team, driving sales performance, and contributing to the overall success of the organization
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in sales or business development
  • Background in recruitment with a proven billing record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Positive and driven mindset
  • Strong business insight and commercial awareness
  • Ability to work effectively within a team

Preferred Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Prior experience in recruitment (preferred)
  • Experience in sales and business development (mandatory)
  • Skills in negotiation and acquiring new business (mandatory)

Interview Process:

  1. Initial interview via Teams with the Area Manager.
  2. Presentation & Interview: 90-Day Plan presentation with the Area Manager and another senior team member.

During the presentation, you will outline your 90-day plan, showcasing how you would approach the role and providing examples from your career that demonstrate the skills we are seeking.

(Presentation duration: 30 minutes maximum)

  1. Outline your ambitions and vision for the branch over the next 90 days.
  2. Detail your strategies for driving business and your revenue goals.
  3. Share your aspirations for the branch three months into your new position.
  4. Explain how you would coach and develop your team, including your expectations.
  5. Present how you would achieve these targets while ensuring team engagement and skill development.
