Metalis Engineering Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Test Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Test Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that electrical equipment meets the required standards within set timeframes and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a small team of electrical engineers to ensure the completion of electrical equipment within set timeframes and deadlines.
- Work with rail and automotive components, with a strong emphasis on testing, repairing, and re-testing.
- Plan and coordinate electrical testing and inspection activities.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest quality of work and adherence to company standards.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Test Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical testing and inspection procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working in the rail or automotive sector is highly desirable.
Working Conditions:
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
