Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the in-branch Estate Agency team to maximise business opportunities
- Proactively contact customers and leads to provide mortgage and protection advice
- Utilise bespoke digital marketing materials to post online and generate business
- Participate in dedicated training and coaching to support ongoing development and progression
- Contribute to the growth and success of the company by building strong relationships and achieving sales targets
- Be comfortable communicating with clients through various channels, including email, phone, face-to-face, and video
- Hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent
- Have experience in providing mortgage and protection advice
- Competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
- Uncapped commission scheme with OTE of £40,000 - £60,000+
- Guaranteed monthly payments for up to 6 months while building your pipeline
- Company car or £250pm car allowance
- 24/7 employee assistance programme
- Branch-based role with flexible working hours and a day off in lieu when working a Saturday
