- Lifesure are based in St Neots with free onsite parking and plenty of surrounding amenities.
- Our working hours are Monday - Friday 8am-6pm in a shift pattern with 1 in every 3 Saturdays required.
- Our salary starts at £23,000 with opportunities to earn bonuses.

- We have a 6-month ongoing structured training programme and a dedicated training team to ensure you have all the support you need to be successful.
- This is a permanent role.

**A Bit About the Job**:
In this role, you will be one of several sales advisors who play an integral part of the business. Your Responsibilities will be:

- Taking inbound calls from both new and existing customers regarding their specialist insurance policies.
- Able to effectively communicate with customers who are potentially in a vulnerable situation and be able to demonstrate empathy and resilience.
- Retain customers and upsell products you feel would be beneficial to them.
- Build a rapport with each customer and gather the right information to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Manage your own diary and be able to input information into systems accurately.

Qualifications:
**Skills and Experience Required**:

- This role requires you to have customer service experience.
- We are open to customer service from any sector including retail and hospitality.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An empathetic nature.
- Motivation with a passion for sales.
- A soft and personable phone manner.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
