They engage with the community to provide support to victims through commissioned contracts, offering a comprehensive and trauma-informed approach to care.

Your New Position

The primary objective of this Support Worker role is to facilitate meaningful change in the support provided to individuals with complex and multiple needs within secure accommodation settings.

You will deliver assertive, specialized, and personalized interventions alongside group activities, collaborating with service users and partners to offer customized support and care, empowering individuals to achieve their goals.

What You Will Need to Excel

The ideal candidate will deliver a high-quality frontline service to both female and male victims of Modern Slavery (international human trafficking) and their children in the designated area.

Your responsibilities will encompass all facets of case management, including:

  • Risk assessment
  • Needs assessment
  • Journey planning
  • Outcomes evaluation
  • Case review during the recovery and reflection phase

You will also manage various aspects of accommodation, such as health and safety protocols, maintenance requests, and ensuring fire safety compliance.
