Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Reed Accountancy & Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for business growth and development.
  • Financial Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets, and monitor and report on financial performance.
  • Financial Systems: Oversee the maintenance and development of financial systems and processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective.
  • Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions and activities are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Relevant accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) and a degree in accounting or finance.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a management accounting role, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
