This position plays a crucial role in enhancing and assessing clinical practices by healthcare professionals within our institution, through the oversight and facilitation of various clinical audit initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The individual in this role will be tasked with assisting the organization in the provision of data related to all audit activities, including adherence to national guidelines, ensuring reliability through the generation of insightful performance reports that highlight areas for improvement.

Previous experience in data management and conducting both qualitative and quantitative analyses is advantageous, as the role requires the ability to analyze, interpret, and report on intricate data sets.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the capacity to demonstrate flexibility and initiative.

Proficiency in IT and the ability to perform under pressure are also essential attributes for this position.

It is important to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, with a strong understanding of the significance of confidentiality.
