Location: Norwich, Norfolk

Salary: £39,000-£42,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Head Teacher/SENDCo to join our team at ARC (Norwich) Limited. As a key member of our workforce, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and pastoral needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Teacher in the development and implementation of educational policies and strategies.
  • Lead and manage the SEND department, ensuring that students receive the best possible support and resources.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure that students receive a high-quality education.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Head Teacher/SENDCo or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
