Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Head Teacher/SENDCo to join our team at ARC (Norwich) Limited. As a key member of our workforce, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and SEN needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Teacher in leading the school's educational and SEN strategy
  • Develop and implement effective SEN support plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure high-quality education and SEN provision
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEN support
  • Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with:

Experience in SEN support and education leadershipStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with staff and studentsKnowledge of SEN legislation and policies

What We Offer:
