About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Lightfoot Ltd. as a Strategic Partnership Development Manager, where you will play a key role in building and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Generation Partner team to develop and execute UK partnership planning.
  • Oversee special projects, including onboarding new partners and resellers, and developing pitches to improve brand awareness.
  • Report partner activity and sales performance to Sales Controlling.
  • Develop and adapt planning to increase partner-introduced business.
  • Review and revise contracts with partners, liaising with Finance and Legal as required.
  • Contribute to building the partner portal as part of the business goals.
  • Allocate resources and workload effectively to drive the best results for the business.
  • Provide performance feedback and coaching.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in building and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as CRM and data analysis tools.
  • Language skills an advantage.
