Job Title: Assistant Store Manager - Outdoor Retail

Job Summary:

Outdoor and Cycle Concepts Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our store, including inventory management, stock control, and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with inventory management and stock control to ensure accurate and efficient stock levels.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of outdoor enthusiasts to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of visual merchandising and store displays to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in retail management from an outdoor, apparel, or footwear background.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of outdoor products and a passion for the outdoors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
