Soft Landscape Site Supervisor

HL Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Soft Landscape Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing soft landscape projects that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and plan daily tasks for our team, ensuring efficient project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Manage inventory of plants, materials, and equipment, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Assist in financial management, reviewing costs and expenditures to ensure budgets are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Soft Landscape Site Supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge in horticulture, plant species, and landscape maintenance.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire and empower your team.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to interpret landscape plans and specifications.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Relevant qualifications in horticulture or landscape management are preferred.
