Site Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at PSR Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a site for an award-winning house-builder in Solihull.

The Role
  • Manage the site from inception to handover, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Oversee health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Liaise with NHBC and LA representatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and control sub-contractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion.
  • Able to read and interpret drawings, with a strong understanding of the house-building cycle.
  • Supported by an experienced Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
The Person
  • We are looking for an existing Site Manager with extensive social housing experience or an Assistant Site Manager ready to take the next step up.
  • Experience in new build speculative housing is essential, with a strong understanding of the house-building cycle.
  • A checkable work history within housing is required, with possession of a current CSCS card, SMSTS, and 1st Aid.
