About the RoleThis is a hands-on job that requires flexibility and a willingness to learn. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for promoting the independence of individuals with complex needs, supporting daily activities, and developing life skills. You will work closely with a team of experienced professionals to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Promote the independence of individuals with complex needs
- Support daily activities, including cleaning, cooking, and personal care
- Develop life skills and personal interests
- Assist with medication and manual handling
- Ensure record keeping is maintained to the required standard
We are looking for someone who is passionate, caring, and enthusiastic. You should be flexible, patient, and non-judgmental, with good communication skills. Experience of working with individuals with complex needs is beneficial, but not essential. We offer comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills and competencies.
