About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Consultant to join our team at Kerridge Commercial Systems. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and setting up appointments for our new business sales teams in the UK & Ireland for our Rental division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads and appointments for our sales teams.
  • Sales Activity: Conduct outbound cold-calling and telemarketing activities to prospects across various business sectors, with a focus on booking high-quality, fully qualified appointments.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication between sales and marketing teams.
  • Research: Conduct market research to identify key decision-makers within target companies, and analyze competitor information to identify sales opportunities.
  • Campaign Management: Assist in devising and managing marketing campaigns, including external agency telemarketing campaigns, to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Essential: A passion for sales and generating new business, telemarketing/telesales experience, excellent planning and organizational skills, and a valid driving license.
  • Desirable: Experience in IT/software, knowledge of the UK and Irish markets, and experience with marketing automation software such as HubSpot.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop excellent relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to manage oneself, develop task lists, and work independently to achieve goals.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
