About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and service targets
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to identify opportunities to grow sales, improve stock range and availability, and maintain strict cost and stock control
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve customer experience

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve business objectives
  • Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
