Service Advisor Vacancy

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customer needs are met
  • Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Manage customer bookings and appointments
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a motor trade or dealership environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of dealership systems and processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
