Job Title: Payroll Services Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Services Advisor to join our team. As a Payroll Services Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their payroll needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support for payroll, HR administration, and associated queries
  • Manage inbound and outbound telephone and other communication channels through case management tools
  • Participate in payroll processing and quality checks
  • Escalate complex queries and provide coaching support to team members
Requirements:
  • Expert knowledge of payroll processing and UK legislation
  • Working knowledge of ITrent or payroll ERP systems
  • Customer service, telephony, and case management experience
  • Quality assurance standards and delivering a great customer experience
