Rayvvin Care is a leading healthcare service provider that offers exceptional temporary staffing solutions for healthcare establishments. Our clients include a range of public and private sector organizations, including hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes.
We are currently recruiting experienced registered nurses who can travel to our clients in the area. Our agency provides exclusive access to a workforce of highly trained healthcare professionals across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patients' needs.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and provide instructions for self-care at home.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting.
- Proficient in patient care techniques and procedures.
- Valid NMC Pin.
- Proof of Mandatory training aligned to the Skills for Health UK CSTF standards.
