About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive, systematic, and accurate nursing assessments of residents' physical, psychological, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote residents' independence and well-being.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, providing empathetic and supportive care.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in gerontology or elderly care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and maintain accurate records.
