About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide hands-on nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
About You

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) with a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current NMC registration
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of the latest nursing practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and residents
  • A patient-centered approach to care, with a focus on dignity, respect, and compassion
