B2B Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Base Materials. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong business relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and market research
- Input and maintain accurate data on our CRM system
- Assist in meeting sales targets and providing support in customer relationship management
- Provide sales and sales demand reporting
- Stay up-to-date with product information to best advise customers
- Attend and contribute to meetings as requested
- Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and queries
- Proven internal sales experience of at least 3 years
- Customer service-related qualification (desirable)
- Sales training (formal or otherwise) (desirable)
- GCSE English and Maths Grade C minimum (essential)
- Ability to sell technical products (essential)
- Working knowledge and understanding of Sage 50 and Salesforce CRM (essential)
- Salary of up to £26,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
