Job Title: B2B Internal Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Base Materials. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong business relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and market research
  • Input and maintain accurate data on our CRM system
  • Assist in meeting sales targets and providing support in customer relationship management
  • Provide sales and sales demand reporting
  • Stay up-to-date with product information to best advise customers
  • Attend and contribute to meetings as requested
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and queries
Requirements:
  • Proven internal sales experience of at least 3 years
  • Customer service-related qualification (desirable)
  • Sales training (formal or otherwise) (desirable)
  • GCSE English and Maths Grade C minimum (essential)
  • Ability to sell technical products (essential)
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Sage 50 and Salesforce CRM (essential)
