Job Title: B2B Internal Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Base Materials. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
