Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Support professional to join our team at CBRE. As a Contract Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient management of contract financial and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of contract financial and administrative processes, ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies.
- Provide comprehensive operational, financial, and administrative support to the Management Team, ensuring all contract tasks are completed to a high standard and within target deadlines.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of contract procedures, processes, and systems, ensuring best practice is adopted across the business.
- Collaborate with the Contract Team to ensure effective management planning, prioritization, and delegation of tasks, ensuring capacity to support the wider team.
- Drive and influence contract financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring revenue and profit delivery targets are exceeded.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial and administrative records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, suppliers, and staff at all levels.
- Proven experience in a service industry role, with a strong understanding of business and customer-facing environments.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment, with a calm and composed manner under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
