Job Summary:

eTeach UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Administrator to join our Site Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Finance department, ensuring the efficient running of our school.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Administration: Provide a full financial service, including raising requisitions and orders, processing and paying external invoices, and authorizing internal invoices using our financial system.
  • Financial Reporting: Report regularly to the Principal and Vice Principal on financial matters, including financial systems and the interpretation of financial information.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and reconcile monthly bank accounts, staff expenses, and school credit cards, and maintain financial records according to our financial manual.
  • Procurement: Obtain quotes and tenders for goods, services, maintenance contracts, and insurances, ensuring 'best value' is achieved.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the School Business Manager in the annual preparation of the school budget and coordinate INSET administration.
