Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Housekeeping department, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and print room attendant lists and housekeeping supervisor lists
- Update guest profiles and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and departments to ensure efficient room operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Authorised to live and work in the UK
- Basic knowledge of Opera preferred
