Job Title: Trade Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Sales Consultant to join our team at Porcelanosa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and negotiate deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Porcelanosa's product range, technical specifications, and market trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets, track customer satisfaction, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the kitchen, bathroom, or tiles industry.
  • Skills: Excellent management and people skills, smart personal appearance, clear and positive communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Education: Relevant education or training in sales, marketing, or a related field.
