Childcare Advocate

We are seeking an experienced Childcare Advocate to join our team on an interim basis. The successful candidate will be required to conduct initial hearings, case management hearings, contested initial hearings, and final hearings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial hearings and case management hearings
- Attend court on average 3 days per week
- Previous advocacy experience is essential
About the Role:
This is a well-established team with a friendly and supportive environment. The successful candidate will benefit from a long-term assignment and will be working under the guidance of brilliant leadership.
Requirements:
- Qualified Barrister or Solicitor (with Higher Rights of Audience)
- Previous advocacy experience
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
What We Offer:
