Childcare Advocate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Childcare Advocate to join our team at Sellick Partnership Limited - Public Sector. As a Childcare Lawyer or Solicitor, you will be responsible for conducting initial hearings, case management hearings, and Final Hearings in a supportive and friendly team environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in public childcare matters, with a strong ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with the Court. Previous advocacy experience or experience as a barrister is highly desirable.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team and benefit from a long-term assignment. You will work closely with the team to provide excellent advocacy services and contribute to the success of our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial hearings, case management hearings, and Final Hearings
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with the Court
  • Work closely with the team to provide excellent advocacy services

Requirements:

  • Experience in public childcare matters
  • Strong ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with the Court
  • Previous advocacy experience or experience as a barrister is highly desirable
