Senior Quality Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager to join our South Wales Blood and Marrow Transplant (SWBMT) Programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the programme meets all relevant regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and lead on the management of the Quality Management System to demonstrate compliance.
  • Manage administrative staff in the quality and data management teams.
  • Develop and deliver education and training strategies/programmes.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance issues are addressed.
  • Lead on external inspection/audit preparation.

Requirements:

  • Quality Management qualification or relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience of development and delivery of education and training strategies/programmes.
  • Laboratory or Clinical management experience, preferably in a Haematology/Transfusion discipline.
  • Experience of external inspection/audit.
  • Expert knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
