About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Resource Planning Manager to join our team at Manchester Airport. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for providing accurate demand projections for our 2,500 staff, ensuring optimal personnel allocation at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement resource planning strategies to optimize personnel allocation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance functionality and provide passengers with an unparalleled experience
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships, including with Trade Unions
  • Oversee workforce planning systems and implement new technologies to enhance performance
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing resource planning at a senior level within a large operational setting
  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to create and maintain complex formulas and data manipulation
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience at all levels
  • Outstanding communication skills with an engaging personality
