Key Responsibilities- Environmental, Health, and Safety Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance on environmental, health, and safety matters to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Program Development and Maintenance: Develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health, and safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations of incidents, near-misses, and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to employees on environmental, health, and safety topics to ensure a culture of safety and compliance.
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations, laws, and industry standards.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders on environmental, health, and safety matters to ensure a culture of safety and compliance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Health, or Environmental Science, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in occupational safety, health, and environmental management in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
