About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Social Care Teacher to join our dynamic team at Wayman Group. As a Health and Social Care Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Health and Social Care GCSE to students at KS3/4 level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Health and Social Care GCSE to students at KS3/4 level
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
  • Contribute to the development of the Health and Social Care department
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching and learning

Requirements:

  • PGCE or QTS in Health and Social Care or a related subject
  • Experience of teaching Health and Social Care GCSE to students at KS3/4 level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
