Opportunity: Health and Social Care Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Health and Social Care Teacher to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide students in their exploration of the dynamic field of health and social care.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and informative lessons on Health and Social Care to students at KS3/4 levels, with potential involvement in KS5 curriculum development.
  • Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies aligned with national curriculum standards.
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to student learning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health and Social Care or a related field.
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven experience teaching Health and Social Care to KS3/4 students.
