We are recruiting for a Retail Assistant Manager for our Binfield shop, a modern store full of pre-loved items.

Our charity retail business is not what you think. We sell fashion and home furnishings that are right on trend, and our stores are set up to compete with anyone on the high street. The role is commercially challenging, and Retail Assistant Managers are expected to utilise their previous visual and fashion experience to set up and run a commercially viable business.

You will be dedicated and passionate about retail, with a desire to give something back. You'll be visual and creative, with excellent service and high standards second nature. You'll want your store to be the best it can be, and you'll be excited about the opportunity to work with a great team.

Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check, including child barred lists, due to our involvement with Duke of Edinburgh volunteers in this shop.
