Job Summary

Thames Hospice is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Assistant Manager to join our team at our Binfield shop. As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a retail professional with a passion for visual merchandising, fashion, and customer service. As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the management of the shop floor, including visual merchandising and stock management
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers
  • Working closely with the Retail Manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement
  • Contributing to the development of new ideas and initiatives to drive sales growth and improve customer experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a charity retail environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of visual merchandising and stock management
