We are seeking a Credit Controller to manage outstanding payments for a diverse array of property investments, including commercial, industrial, and retail sectors. In this position, you will collaborate closely with tenants to oversee arrears, implement effective collection strategies, and work alongside internal teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with tenants through various communication channels
  • Maintain precise tenant records
  • Proactively reach out to tenants based on their payment patterns
  • Evaluate and manage outstanding payments, ensuring appropriate collection practices
  • Compile arrears reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders
  • Assist Treasury teams with the allocation of funds
  • Reconcile tenant accounts accurately
  • Initiate collection procedures when required
  • Support the operations of the credit control department
Requirements:
  • G.C.S.E in Mathematics and English
  • Strong numerical aptitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel applications

Salary Range: £21,000-£24,000
